FEV’s view on worldwide legislation & compliance
Session 3: Ultra-low Emissions, the Technology Approach
June 1, 2022: 1:00-3:00pm Paris (CEST) | 7:00-9:00am New York City (EDT) | 7:00-9:00pm Beijing (CST)
With aggressive emission legislations and CO2 reduction regulations coming in both the US and EU, a new era has started in defining optimal powertrain and vehicle concepts. In this session FEV experts will share their latest insights regarding the EU7 legislation, along with its global ramifications. Furthermore, we will look at which technologies are feasible to meet the challenges of the regulatory framework, along with their specific pros and cons. Special attention will be given to On-Board Monitoring systems, which are currently under consideration at the EU commission, and represent a significant change from traditional On-Board Diagnostics.
FEV will explain the OBM approach and which OBM concept leads to an effective and efficient monitoring system.
Join the FEV online seminar and we will provide insightful answers to these and other challenging questions, accompanied by an open discussion.
